Volunteer Information Session – Sat. May 4, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. – Breaking Bread Café
Interested in advocating for preserving history, buildings and communities? Want to help draw attention to places or buildings important to your neighborhood or community? Preserve Minneapolis invites you to come to the fourth and last of this spring’s Volunteer Information Meetings. We are looking for people interested in being a part of our events and various news posts. We need volunteers at all levels of involvement, from assisting one of our summer tours (and going on the tour for free!), to advocating for Minneapolis’ development or helping design events, to writing for or working on our blog, Instagram, and Facebook presence.
You don’t have to be an architect or have any preservation experience. All you need is a passion for Minneapolis’ history, communities, and future development.
Members of different committees will be at the meetings, and everyone is welcome to come and find out more. We look forward to seeing you.
Our next meeting will be held Saturday, May 4th from 11:00 –12:00 at Breaking Bread Café & Catering: 1210 W Broadway Ave, Minneapolis.
