We are thrilled to invite you to the May Evening Exploration at Dominium'sMillworks Lofts! Our evening will include a sneak-peek tour of the new affordable housing development in Minneapolis' Howe neighborhood, as well as a post-tour happy hour at Northbound Smokehouse & Brewpub. 

What was once a manufacturing hub for sash and door production of the Lake Street Sash and Door Company will soon re-open as Millworks Lofts. The project began leasing earlier this month and is already over 50% leased. It is expected that tenants will begin occupying in August. We will have represenatives from the developer, Dominium, and architecture firm, BKV Group, on hand to take us through the project's rehab which is breathing new life into this industrial structure!
